Tina Marie Devlin is a Teaching Instructor in Health Education and Promotion at the College of Health and Human Performance, East Carolina University (ECU). With 20 years of experience as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), she specializes in designing culturally appropriate health programs, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based health education strategies. She also provides instruction to undergraduate public health students using diverse teaching methods.
