Dr. Timothy Gordon Barnes is a Departmental Lecturer in Classical Philology (Latin) at the University of Oxford and a Supernumerary Fellow of Wolfson College. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University. His research focuses on Early Greek and Latin literature, Indo-European linguistics, and languages of the Ancient Mediterranean.
