Timothy Cashman

Timothy Cashman, MD, PhD serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine, Temple University. He specializes in Cardiology with clinical focus on interventional echocardiography and valvular heart disease.

His research spans cardiac epigenetics, development of cardiovascular disease model systems, cardiac regeneration/repair, and cardiac tissue engineering. Key interests include molecular mechanisms of valvular pathology and tissue engineering solutions for heart disease.
