Timothy Brezina is a Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. His research focuses on the causes and control of crime/violence, with particular emphasis on youth violence, delinquency, and criminological theory. He has conducted multi-year evaluations of mentoring programs for at-risk youth and published extensively in top criminology journals.
