Tim Pardee, MD, PhD, is a Professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, affiliated with the Department of Cancer Medicine, Department of Cancer Biology, Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM), Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC), and Center for Redox Biology and Medicine (CRBM). His research focuses on Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), chemotherapy resistance, and genetic changes affecting treatment outcomes.

Dr. Pardee is board-certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is involved in educational programs such as Cancer Biology PhD, Integrative Physiology and Pharmacology PhD, and Molecular Genetics and Genomics PhD, with research interests spanning molecular cancer epidemiology, genetic-environment interactions, and regenerative medicine.
He leads clinical trials and delivers patient-centered care at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hematology and Oncology - Cancer Center, with expertise in AML, chronic leukemias, myelodysplasia, and precision medicine.
