Tim Finin is a Professor in the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering department at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where he serves as Director of the UMBC Center for Artificial Intelligence and holds the Willard and Lillian Hackerman Chair in Engineering.
