Tim Fagan

Tim Fagan, D.D.S., M.S., serves as Clinical Professor, Chairman of the Department of Developmental Sciences, and Head of the Pediatric Dentistry Division at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. A board-certified Pediatric Dentist, he maintains a private practice in Enid, Oklahoma, with over 30 years of clinical experience specializing in children's dental care.

His educational foundation includes a DDS from OU College of Dentistry (1981), General Dentistry Residency at University of Missouri-Kansas City (1982), and Pediatric Dentistry specialty training with Master of Science from University of Iowa (1984).

Dr. Fagan's research prioritizes eradicating early childhood caries, solving systemic access-to-care barriers, advancing pediatric restorative methodologies, and establishing infant oral health protocols. His work targets underserved populations through community-focused interventions and evidence-based clinical practices.

His accolades span decades of service, including multiple OU College of Dentistry awards from 2014-2023 and Oklahoma Dental Association honors. Professional recognition includes prestigious fellowships in leading dental organizations.
