Tijana Adamović

doc. dr Tijana Adamović is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Banja Luka, affiliated with the Department of Periodontology and Oral Medicine. Her academic career is marked by extensive research in dental materials, nanotechnology applications in dentistry, probiotics in periodontal therapy, and orthodontic mechanics. She has led or participated in multiple interdisciplinary projects funded by national and international bodies.

Her research focuses on biomedical nanomaterials (e.g., gold nanoparticles in denture materials), periodontal disease management (probiotics as adjunctive therapy), and orthodontic mechanics (force degradation in postextraction space closure). She has published widely in journals like Contemporary Materials, Stomatološki Glasnik Srbije, and Journal of Prosthodontic Research.
