Tiffany Williams Brewer is an Assistant Professor of Law at Howard University School of Law and a former state administrative law judge with over 20 years of teaching experience across U.S. and international institutions. She currently serves as Chair Elect of the American Bar Association's Litigation Section and Special Advisor to the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession.

Professor Brewer's research centers on dismantling systemic disparities for Black women and girls through administrative law, gender equity frameworks, and criminal justice reform. She examines gendered responses to legal systems, school discipline biases against Black girls, and restorative justice models for juvenile justice, emphasizing intersectional approaches to racial and gender justice.
Her publications reveal consistent thematic focus on extending constitutional protections to administrative proceedings, addressing bias in educational pipelines to the legal profession, implementing ethical standards for racial justice in law practice, and developing gender-specific restorative approaches for girls in the justice system.

Professor Brewer founded the Esther Project and leads the Esther Institute for the Advancement of Women and Girls while co-leading a congregation as pastor. Her international work with the African Union training legal professionals across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East underscores her global leadership in justice reform.
