Tiffany Little

Dr. Tiffany Little is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke's School of Education. She holds a B.S. in English Secondary Education, and advanced degrees in educational leadership. Her research focuses on equity, access, and academic preparation for marginalized student populations, particularly African American students in Advanced Placement courses. She brings extensive PreK-12 leadership experience as a teacher, principal, and district administrator in Charlotte-Mecklenburg and Buncombe County School Districts.

Education background includes a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Wingate University with a dissertation on equity in AP course accessibility. Professional expertise bridges K-12 and higher education leadership development.

Outside academia, she is an author of inspirational devotionals including 'My Praise is Greater than My Struggle' and 'The Appointed Time.' Office hours are held Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 1-3pm virtually by appointment.
