Tiffany Greer

Dr. Tiffany Greer serves as Associate Dean for the School of Nursing (undergraduate) and School of Graduate and Continuing Studies at Olivet Nazarene University, holding the academic rank of Professor since joining the faculty in 2002. She spearheaded development of the Accelerated Bachelor of Nursing (ABSN) program and chairs critical committees including Admission, Progression and Retention.

Dr. Greer's professional focus centers on Nursing Education with specialized expertise in Emergency Nursing and Clinical Nursing Education, drawn from her frontline experience as a telemetry staff nurse, emergency room nurse, and clinical nurse educator. Her philosophy emphasizes preparing nurses for "lives of service" through Christian-integrated curriculum development.

She actively sponsors the Nursing Students Association and Kappa Sigma Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International honor society, while leading faculty development initiatives. Outside academia, Dr. Greer participates in church music ministry and children's programs with her husband Mitch and two children.
