Tiago Torres-Campos

Tiago Torres-Campos, PhD, a Portuguese landscape architect at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), explores multidisciplinary approaches to contemporary landscapes, cities, and complex territories. His work intersects landscape practice with the Anthropocene and focuses on landscape representation.

• Education: PhD in Architecture by Design, University of Edinburgh

Research Interests: Span geological thinking about urban environments, digital fabrication, video production, and speculative writing. His CNTXT Studio serves as a research-by-design platform for transdisciplinary landscape studies.

Publications: Co-edited Postcards from the Anthropocene (2022) and published New York Geologics (2025) on Manhattan's geological urbanism.
