Thomas Wilk is a post-doctoral researcher at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) and holds an affiliation with Wayne State University's Department of Economics. His primary research focuses on healthcare competition, spatial econometrics, and health disparities among marginalized populations. He recently defended his doctoral thesis analyzing the urgent care market's competitive dynamics.
