Dr Daniel T. Skinner (listed as Thomas Skinner) is a Senior Research Associate in the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia, affiliated with the Climatic Research Unit and the Centre for Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences. He is actively involved in the Pacific Rainfall over Millennial Scales (PROMS) project, focusing on long-term climate variability in the South Pacific. He recently completed his PhD on the extratropical response to the Madden-Julian Oscillation.
