Dr. Thomas Rossi is a Professor of Management at Utica University's School of Business and Justice Studies, marking his 46th year in academia since joining in 1979. His teaching spans Organizational Management, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Collective Bargaining. He holds a BS from King's College, MBA from Monmouth University, and DBA from Northcentral University with a focus on Human Resources Management.
Professional credentials include Professional in Human Resources (PHR) accreditation and memberships in organizations like Mohawk Valley Human Resources Management and the Society of Human Resources Management. He actively serves as a contract negotiator for the American Association of University Professors and advises Utica University's Society of Human Resources Management student chapter and Men's Football and Baseball teams.
Dr. Rossi has received the 2019 Virgil Crisafulli Distinguished Teaching Award and was inducted into The Genesis Group’s Hall of Distinction in 2023, recognizing his educational contributions. His career reflects a deep commitment to teaching and community engagement in management and HR disciplines.
