Thomas Murdock

Thomas Murdock is a Clinical Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship in the Operations Management and Strategy department at the University at Buffalo's School of Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS from Miami University. His professional background includes roles as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting and marketing manager at United Technologies Corporation.

Murdock's research and initiatives focus on entrepreneurship development, startup incubation, and regional economic growth. He leads UB's WIN: WNY Incubator Network and REIMAGINE Workforce Center, programs dedicated to fostering local entrepreneurship, creating jobs, and securing capital for startups. Under his leadership, these initiatives have raised over $50M in external funding and generated 500+ jobs.
