Thomas Maulucci is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut, specializing in Modern European History. He has over two decades of teaching experience in the U.S. and Germany, holding a BA in International Relations, Economics, and German from Canisius College and a PhD in Modern European History from Yale University.

Current projects include analyzing DEFA’s Foreign Ministry Films and the Soviet Bloc’s ideological strategies during the Cold War.
