Thomas Klein

Thomas Klein is a Professor of Medieval and Modern Latin Philology at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg since 2002. His research spans Medieval Latin Literature, Textual Criticism, and Classical Reception, with a focus on Weltchronistik, Pragmatische Schriftlichkeit, and Hagiographie. He has held prestigious fellowships, including the DFG Scholarship and Lynen Fellowship, and serves as Lead Editor of the 'Medieval Latin Yearbook'.
