Thomas J. Tibaldi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Criminal Justice at Mercy College's School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. He has taught at Mercy since 1985, instructing across multiple campuses including Pelham Parkway, Yorktown Heights, Dobbs Ferry, Yonkers, White Plains, and currently the Bronx campus. In addition to academia, he maintains a private law practice specializing in Criminal Defense, covering Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions.
