Thomas Hylland Eriksen

Thomas Hylland Eriksen is a professor of social anthropology at the University of Oslo, Department of Social Anthropology. He serves as research director for CULCOM (Cultural complexity in the new Norway) and has conducted extensive fieldwork in Mauritius and Trinidad.
