Thomas Flowers, S.J., Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor specializing in Ignatian Formation at Saint Louis University's College of Philosophy and Letters. He holds a PhD in History from the University of York (2021) and an S.T.B. from Gregorian University (2018). His research focuses on theological anthropology, the relationship between nature and grace, and the Church's engagement with modernity.
Flowers teaches courses on Ignatian discernment in Jesuit history, cultural contexts for Ignatian formation, the history of spiritual exercises, and Jesuit interior landscapes. His publications examine historical catechisms, covenant theology, and scriptural meditations.
