Thomas E. Becker is a Professor at the School of Information Systems and Management in Sarasota-Manatee, University of South Florida. His research focuses on organizational behavior, management practices, and research methodologies. He holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. from Ohio State University and the University of South Florida, respectively.

He has served as Interim Dean (2019–2020), Co-chair (2018–2019), and holds leadership roles in professional networks like the Academy of Management and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His current courses include Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Organizational Change and Development, and Strategic Human Resource Management.
