Professor Thomas Cinti is a Senior Assistant Regional Counsel at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region III, specializing in complex Superfund litigation and national bankruptcy matters. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Holy Family University, teaching courses in negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, business law, and environmental science. With a decade of experience as a guest lecturer at Southern Methodist University's Center for Dispute Resolution, he bridges legal and environmental expertise across academic and governmental roles.
