Dr. Thomas Bonagura is the Dean of the School of Science and Professor of Biology at Baldwin Wallace University. He holds a Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
His academic leadership and teaching focus on biological sciences, with deep expertise in endocrinology and molecular mechanisms of hormone action.

Dr. Bonagura previously held a post-doctoral fellowship and faculty position at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he conducted translational research on placental development and intrauterine growth.
He leads the School of Science, overseeing academic programs and faculty development, and is actively engaged in undergraduate science education and curriculum design.
