Thilo Tesing

Thilo Tesing is a scientific assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Dr. Wolfgang Durner LL.M. at the University of Bonn. His research focuses on moor protection in environmental law within the KomUR II - Competence Network Challenges of Environmental Law. He contributes to academic activities, including courses such as the Winter Semester 2023/24 Working Group 'General Administrative Law'.

• Education: Studied law at the University of Münster (2013–2019), with a semester abroad at Università degli Studi Roma Tre (2016/2017). Passed First State Examination (2019) and Second State Examination (2022) in Law with a focus on Market & Competition.
• Professional Experience: Research assistant in a Düsseldorf law firm (2019–2020, 2022–2023), legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Mönchengladbach (2020–2022). Since April 2023, research assistant at the Chair of Prof. Durner.
