Theodor Hanan Eytan is an Associate Professor at the Bert W. Wasserman Department of Economics and Finance, Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College. He holds a PhD in Finance from MIT's Sloan School of Management, an MBA in Production/Operations Management from Tel Aviv University, and a BS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
His research focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, financial engineering, and risk management. His scholarly work includes studies on options trading, futures markets, and corporate tax strategies.
His publications emphasize derivatives pricing, market efficiency, and risk mitigation. He has received multiple research awards, including PSC-CUNY grants and fellowships from MIT and the Rothschild Foundation.
