Thalia Vrachopoulos is a Professor of Art History at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, part of the City University of New York (CUNY). She is a full-time faculty member specializing in Modern Art and Asian Art traditions.
Her educational background includes:

Dr. Vrachopoulos focuses on 20th Century Art with deep expertise in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Greek Art, alongside architectural history. She has curated over one hundred international exhibitions with scholarly catalogues and authored critical works including a book on Hilla Rebay, founder of the Guggenheim Museum.
Her honors include permanent inclusion in the Yale Library collection of Accomplished Women in the Arts.
