Prof. Dr. Tevfik Raci Sertbakan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University. He earned his PhD (2000), MSc (1994), and BSc (1991) in Physics from Gazi University. His career spans over 25 years, including roles as Department Head (2001–2004).
