Tetiana Havlin is a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Sociology at Universität Siegen, where she is pursuing her habilitation under Professor Stefan Kutzner. She also serves as equality officer for her faculty and coordinates the Jean Monnet module on cohesion and integration in the EU (2019–2022). As adjunct faculty at the University of Maryland University College Europe, she teaches introductory sociology courses. Her research focuses on social structures, social inequality in Europe, human agency, migration, and incorporation strategies. She has taught at the Universidade da Coruña International Summer School and contributed to open online courses on European integration.

- Teaching: Introduction to Sociology, Jean Monnet module, and European Integration courses.
