Teruji Thomas is a Senior Research Fellow at the Global Priorities Institute within the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Oxford. He holds a DPhil in Philosophy (2016) and a PhD in Mathematics (2006) from the University of Chicago. His research spans ethics, decision theory, formal epistemology, and the philosophy of science, with a focus on population axiology, moral decision-making under uncertainty, and anthropic reasoning. Thomas has held fellowships at the University of Edinburgh and Merton College, Oxford, and has transitioned from mathematics to philosophy, contributing interdisciplinary work.
