Teresa Perdicoulis

Teresa Perdicoulis is a Lecturer at the Department of Engineering of the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro in Portugal since 1991. She holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Coimbra (1991), MSc in Electronic Control Engineering from the University of Salford, Manchester (1995), and a PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Salford (2000). Her research focuses on differential games, optimization, gas network simulation, and identification theory. She contributes to academic communities through memberships in ISR University of Coimbra, SYSTEC (UP), and APCA.

Her teaching spans diverse subjects including Numerical Analysis, Operational Research, Calculus, Algebra, Programming, Compilers, Control Systems Theory, and Discrete Mathematics. Her professional activities are complemented by engagement in research projects and institutional roles at the university.

Outside academia, Teresa enjoys reading, cooking, mountain hiking, camping, knitting, and language learning.
