Dr. Teresa Grettano is an Associate Professor in the Department of English and Theatre at the University of Scranton. She joined the University in 2009 after completing her PhD at Illinois State University. Her work focuses on curriculum development, faculty governance, and Jesuit educational values.

Dr. Grettano has played a pivotal role in shaping Scranton's General Education curriculum, particularly through her leadership in the Eloquentia Perfecta program and the GE Review Committee. She served as Faculty Senate President (2024) and President-Elect (2023), guiding the GE Curriculum to Board of Trustees approval.
Her contributions were recognized with the Excellence in University Service and Leadership Award. She continues to mentor junior colleagues and lead institutional initiatives.
