Teodora Lazarova

Assoc. Prof. Teodora Lazarova, PhD is an academic and business professional with 13 years of professional experience and over 9 years of academic experience. She currently holds faculty positions at VUZF University and teaches at institutions including the University of Sheffield, New Bulgarian University (NBU), University of National and World Economy (UNWE), and Adam Smith's Management College. Her roles span human resource management, leadership, and business psychology disciplines.

• Education: Bachelor's in Psychology, Master's in Organizational Behavior and Counseling of Organizations, and Master's in Business Administration from Sofia University 'Sv. Kliment Ohridski'; PhD in Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
