Teodora Hrnjaković is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. Her academic career focuses on social policy, aging policy, and community social work, with a strong emphasis on vulnerable populations including the elderly and children without parental care.

Teodora has contributed to projects such as "Strengthening the resilience of older people and people with disabilities during COVID-19" (Serbian Red Cross, 2023) and the National Social Protection Strategy development (GIZ GmbH, 2024). Her publications span journals like Exlibris Social Gerontology Journal and Aktuelnosti, reflecting her expertise in social gerontology and child welfare.
