Teo Khee Hwee

Teo Khee Hwee is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Division of Accounting, Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University. With over 25 years of accounting expertise, he specializes in corporate strategy, business valuation, and financial management. He previously served as a founding member of EY's Global Valuation and Business Modelling Network Technical Standards Group and contributed to curriculum development for valuation practices globally.

His research focuses on business valuation, management, and strategic decision-making. Notable professional roles include Founding Chairman of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore and Chairman of the International Valuation Standards Council Membership and Standards Recognition Board.

Teo holds certifications as a Chartered Accountant (Singapore and Australia/New Zealand), CPA (Australia), and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (Singapore). His awards include Fellowships from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

He has authored a key textbook on business valuation and has advised regulators and firms across industries, including SMEs, MNCs, and public listed companies. His work spans litigation support, tax planning, restructuring, and capital raising strategies.
