Tejal A Desai

Tejal Desai serves as the Sorensen Family Dean of Engineering and Professor of Engineering at Brown University, leading the School of Engineering while maintaining an active research program in biomedical innovation.

Her academic credentials include a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University (1994) and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering jointly awarded by UCSF and UC Berkeley (1998).
