Tehilah Oorebeek, MSc, serves as a Researcher and Teacher in the Department of Educational Sciences at Utrecht University's Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences. She is embedded within the research group Development & Education of Youth in Diverse Societies, focusing on educational frameworks and developmental outcomes for young individuals navigating multicultural and heterogeneous societal contexts.
Her scholarly work centers on Youth Development, Diversity in Education, Educational Pedagogy, and Social Inclusion, examining how pedagogical strategies can be reconfigured to address the needs of ethnically, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse student populations. This research emphasizes equity-driven educational design and systemic interventions to foster inclusive learning ecosystems.
