Teena Wilhelm is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Georgia's School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA). She earned her PhD in American Politics from the University of Arizona in 2005 and serves as Director of the UGA GLOBIS National Parks Program. Her work focuses on constitutional law, civil liberties, and the intersection of legal and political institutions.
