Tee Wee Wei

Tee Wee Wei is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Physiology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He is also a Principal Investigator at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IMCB), A*STAR, with affiliations to the NUS Centre for Cancer Research and the Translational Research Programme.

• Research Focus: Chromatin dynamics in disease epigenetics, targeting chromatin vulnerabilities in cancer, identifying epigenetic drivers of therapeutic resistance, and investigating early-embryonic factor reactivation in cancer cell plasticity.
• Regenerative Medicine: Exploiting chromatin plasticity to promote developmental potency (e.g., totipotency, stem cells, reprogramming).
• Technologies: Development and application of (epi)genomic tools for studying chromatin and gene regulation.
