Tea Dimitrijević serves as Head of the Chamber Music Department and Associate Professor of Chamber Music (specializing in piano ensembles) at the Faculty of Music, University of Arts in Belgrade.
Education: She completed graduate and postgraduate studies at Belgrade's Faculty of Music under Professor Mirjana Šuica-Babić, specialized in chamber music, and earned harpsichord qualifications with Professor Miloš Petrović. She holds a PhD in chamber music supervised by Professors Petrović and Zorica Ćetković.
Research Focus: Her expertise centers on chamber music performance practice, with emphasis on piano duo repertoire, harpsichord interpretation, and premiere performances of Serbian contemporary compositions. She actively bridges historical performance techniques with modern ensemble collaboration.
Professional Engagement: She hosts Radio Belgrade's programs Susretanja (Encounters) and Iza violinskog ključa (Behind the Treble Clef), extending her pedagogical impact through media. Her collaborations with the Symphonic Orchestra of RTS include performances alongside international stars like Placido Domingo and Montserrat Caballé.
