Taylor Berninger

Taylor Berninger, MS, MA, MEd, is a board-certified genetic counselor and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of California San Diego. She serves as Associate Program Director of the Augustana-Sanford Genetic Counseling Graduate Program and Associate Director of Engagement for the Center for Empathy and Technology at the T. Denny Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion. Her roles include curriculum oversight, clinical rotation coordination, and advancing research at the intersection of technology, empathy, and healthcare practice.
