Tatiana Botero is a Teaching Professor of Spanish at the University of Notre Dame's Department of Romance Languages and Literatures. She holds M.A. degrees in Latin American Literature and Education, as well as a B.A. in Business and Marketing from West Virginia University. Her work focuses on integrating community engagement, social justice, and cultural immersion into language instruction. Botero is affiliated with the Institute Latino Studies and the Initiative on Race & Resilience, and has been recognized with major teaching awards including the 2020 Edmund P. Joyce Award.
