Tara Crossley

Tara Crossley is a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Placement Co-ordinator in Physiotherapy at St Mary’s University. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Brunel University (2004) and a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science from Leeds. With over 10 years of NHS experience at Croydon University NHS Trust and Kingston Hospital NHS Trust, her clinical focus includes orthopaedics, musculo-skeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, and post-operative care. She has also led private practice at Weybridge & Walton Physiotherapy and currently operates 'Core Reigate Pilates', offering both in-person and virtual classes.

Her professional interests center on lower limb trauma, sports athlete rehabilitation, and patient-centered care. Tara collaborates with a team of experienced Physiotherapy Lecturers at St Mary’s, emphasizing teaching and clinical practice integration.
