Tao Wang is a Professor of Molecular Medicine at the University of Manchester's Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health, within the Division of Evolution, Infection and Genomics. His research focuses on cerebral small vessel diseases (cSVDs), vascular dementia, and iPSC modeling of genetic disorders. He has held academic roles since 2003, including Senior Lecturer (2014–2018) and current full professorship since 2018.
