Tanja Kammersgaard Christensen

Tanja Kammersgaard Christensen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Law, Aalborg University, within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. Her research focuses on surveillance law, data protection rights, and EU legal frameworks, particularly addressing privacy rights in digital contexts. She holds a PhD on "The Legal Frameworks for Police Surveillance" and teaches EU law, commercial criminal law, and privacy law across undergraduate and specialized programs.
