Taniya Chakraborty

Dr. Taniya Chakraborty is a Researcher at the Institute of Biochemistry, leading the Synthetic Cellular Engineering research group. Their work focuses on designing and studying artificial cells with advanced functionalities, including RNA-based cytoskeletons, light-controlled communication systems, and adaptive synthetic cell communities.
