Dr. Tamás Molnár is an Associate Professor at the University of Pécs Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, Department of Visual Studies. He holds a Doctor of Liberal Arts and Habilitation in Architecture from the University of Pécs, with a focus on Heritage Protection, 20th Century Architectural History, and Workshop Methodology in Architectural Education.

Research Interests center on cultural identity in architecture, post-conflict reconstruction, and innovative educational practices. His work bridges heritage preservation with modern design, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration through workshops and conferences.
Publications focus on Algerian colonial architecture, Bosnian post-war reconstruction, and energy-conscious design. His NEST project exemplifies inclusive sacred space design, while his Temporary City workshops explore cross-European urban innovation.
