Tamás A. Bács is a Habilitated Associate Professor at the Institute of Ancient and Classical Studies, Department of Egyptology, Eötvös Loránd University. His work focuses on Theban archaeology, tomb art, and bioarchaeology, particularly through the TT65 Project in Luxor, Egypt.

- Research: Interdisciplinary studies of Late Ramesside Thebes, elite tomb iconography, and Nubian interactions.
