Prof. Dr. Tamara Stojanović is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Banja Luka, with expertise in Accounting, Auditing, Business Finance, and Corporate Governance. Her research focuses on Control Environment, Risk Management, and Change Management in agrarian and corporate contexts.
Her recent work explores Cyber Risks Analysis (2024), Crisis Management (2024), and Controller's Performance during the COVID-19 Pandemic (2024). She has published extensively on Z-score Models for financial distress prediction, Insurance in Agricultural Risk, and Internal Audit Tools for corporate governance.
Dr. Stojanović has contributed to projects like "Entrepreneurial Networking and Education of Agronomists" (funded by the American Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina) and "Analysis of Agriculture and Rural Development in Republika Srpska" (2014-2018). She leads research on Financial Position Analysis and Risk Mitigation Strategies in agricultural enterprises.
