Tamara Pemovska

Tamara Pemovska is a Global Health Research Fellow at the Unit for Social and Community Psychiatry within the Wolfson Institute of Population Health at Queen Mary University of London. She holds an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Liberal Arts & Sciences degree from University College Utrecht, Netherlands. Her research focuses on global mental health, implementation science, and health innovation, particularly in addressing psychosocial interventions for psychosis in Southeast Europe through the Horizon 2020 IMPULSE project and resilience factors in adolescents via the MRC-funded OLA programme.

Her academic background combines biomedical sciences and psychology, supporting her mixed-methods approach to public health challenges. Key research interests include non-communicable diseases, health inequalities, and digital health solutions.

Publications highlight her work on digital mental health interventions and process evaluations of clinical trials. She collaborates within interdisciplinary teams to bridge research gaps in global mental health implementation.
